Forse non tutti sanno che il codice civile prevede, all’articolo 2250, delle informazioni minime che vanno indicate negli atti e nella corrispondenza delle società soggette all’obbligo di iscrizione nel registro delle imprese. Tra gli atti e corrispondenza rientrano ad esempio: contratti, bilanci, lettere, fax, email, delivery notes, orders and invoices.
